LEADING THE LAUNCH is an interactive learning series that includes strategies and resources to help educators vet, launch, prioritize, and sustain new and existing implementations in their own organizations. Ideal for school and district leadership teams, you will learn approaches, gain tools, and develop action plans and checklists to poise new and existing initiatives for lasting success.
LEADING THROUGH AN EQUITY LENS helps educators sharpen their equity lens by examining how to consciously and deliberately select programs, products, and policies that create conditions for advancing educational equity for historically marginalized students. Participants will broaden their understanding of inclusion, diversity, and belonging and design plans specially designed to meet the needs of their own local student demographics.
THE NEW LEADERS COMPANION is designed for teacher-leaders and aspiring early-career administrators, as well as seasoned leaders making leaps between roles. Sessions will help you actualize your authentic leadership self in service to the education field, plus develop your evolving identity, acquire leadership strategies, and create sustainable conditions for personal and professional long-term success.
UNCONSCIOUS BIAS is a learning opportunity to help educators navigate the biases inherent in our personal lives, school settings, and entire educational systems. Each session includes relevant research and current events on exposing and addressing biases, small and large group activities to explore how bias plays out on our school campuses, and offers mutual support mechanisms to help leaders grow in their understanding of how to combat bias and advance educational equity.
Discover how collective leadership in action can fortify our pursuit of educational equity. Participants will engage with the personal, environmental, and institutional domains of the Gamechangers model to develop skills and mindsets needed to tackle today’s leadership challenges. We will draw from our combined experiences and collaborate on real problems of practice in order to amplify each leader’s impact within their own sphere of influence.
